Today I wanted to share with you a podcast that I found that features Joseph Jaffe, author of Flip the Funnel, interviewing John Jantsch, author of The Referral Engine and blogger at Duct Tape Marketing.
These are two books that I have recently read and liked a lot as their content is close to my heart and are all about how we can build relationships with our customers as the primary source of business growth. I would recommend both of them.
