
I provide advisory services to ambitious, customer-focused firms to transform their customer service and experience – from customer experience audits and strategy development to technology selection and ongoing enhancement.
I tend to do that in a few ways:
- I help them understand and navigate their way past a customer service or customer experience-related challenge.
I conduct an audit of their existing customer service or experience. - I assist them in developing a strategy that results in delivering a standout customer experience or service experience. In some instances, I also help to implement the strategy.
- I guide and advise them on their technology decisions concerning customer service and customer experience.
My advisory clients have included brands such as Costa Coffee, the UK Gov’s Crown Commercial Service, Diesel, Lloyds, Médecins Sans Frontières, and Megger, as well as numerous tech vendors and many smaller and medium-sized businesses.

Depending on the size of projects that I get asked to work on, I work either directly with senior teams, within existing project teams or can assemble a team experts/partners to help as and when the need arises.
