…Hana reminded me of meeting a lassie on New Years Day this year who was incredibly positive about her job and her company. She explained that she worked for the company that operates the rail system here in the UK. Not a sexy company and it comes in for a lot of flak from time to time but she loved it.

This got me to thinking…what is it about team members that makes them like this or are they just like that themselves? And wouldn’t it be great if we could work with people like this all day. What an impact that would have on us and the growth of our businesses.
