Customer Retention: Hugging Your Way to Better Client Relations
Just a short post today, as I just got back into the office yesterday as I went climbing with a friend for a couple of days. Now, I’m catching up 🙂 However, I thought I’d share this image with you from Hugh MacLeod at Gapingvoid.com as it’s so succinct and yet says so much. I love the sentiment in Hugh’s cartoon and it asks some fundamental questions like:
Have you ‘hugged’ your customer today?
What does ‘hugging’ your customer mean to your business?
What happens when you ‘hug’ your customer?
Would it mean better customer retention, increased loyalty, more referrals?
