I’ve been writing in various guises for nearly 25 years.
My writing has spanned industry research reports, economic policy papers, investment readiness reports, business and economic risk reports and forecasts, books, investment proposals, white papers, journal articles, blog posts and presentations.
My writing or commentary has also been published or featured on the BBC, FT, The Economist, CBS, CNN and The Guardian amongst others.
I have been writing this blog since 2008 with a view to exploring all things related to building a more customer centric and human business. As part of that, interviews with thought leaders, authors and leading business people who build (or help build) businesses that customers and employees love are a feature of the blog.
As the popularity of this site grew, I was approached by Forbes a few years ago to become a contributor. I now publish a number of new articles on Forbes every month.
I love developing ideas and crafting them into forms that can inform, educate, excite and invite an audience to change.
