The state of workplace happiness and why it matters – Interview with Lord Mark Price of Engaging Works
December 12, 2019The winner of the 2019 CX Leader of the Year – Interview with Sandra De Zoysa, Chief Customer Officer of Dialog Axiata
December 23, 2019I’m not sure if I told you or not but the original concept for the Punk CX book was going to be a 7’ x 7’ hardcover version…… as a nod to the 7’ vinyl music single.
However, when we got round to costing the production of it, the 7’ x 7’ version proved to be pretty expensive to produce, particularly on an on-demand basis.
That’s why we plumped for the current paperback.
Now, whilst I am really, really pleased with how the paperback turned out and how it’s been received, I’ve always wondered what the 7’ x 7’ version would look like.
So, we’ve had it made, it’s ready, it’s very shiny, pretty heavy and it looks ace.
It’s available via the specialist bookstore, Blurb, and they ship to over 70 countries and territories.
Here’s the link: https://www.blurb.co.uk/b/9694774-punk-cx
This version is a very special and limited edition and, as such, it comes with a reassuringly expensive price tag (as the folks at Stella Artois would say).
I make no apologies for that as it is a lovely thing and folks do still have a chance to buy the paperback version.
But, for you lovely folks that read my blog I have an offer.
If I can get 20 or more of you to say yes to a hard copy then I can do a bulk order and can achieve a really big discount on the cost of production.
That would bring down the cost price, which would also be the price you pay, to just over GBP26 or USD33 not including postage.
So, who wants one?
If you want one (or more) then get in touch via the form or the details here saying ‘YES’, how many you would like and where you would like me to send the book(s) so I can calculate postage.
I’ll then be in touch to make the arrangements.
Oh, I’ll also sign and dedicate the book for you too before popping it in the post.
It is a very beautiful thing, I think you will like it, it would make a great pressie and it won’t be available for long.
